"35 years ago we come to this establishment that has changed proprietaries several times... a constant: the serrano, always excellent even if the small basque peppers, traditionally served with, had been forgotten. For the rest, the pins are a little disappointing, duck a little hard, rubbery beef and onion not quite cooked. I think the fish is more successful...The boss, charming, is a little hard of ear but the command errors are caught by the rest of the team with a maestria worthy of a large establishment .my wife, Basque, found it fun that they explain the chillios...For 97 euros to two with a half bottle of red and 2 sangrias the performance is good especially when the atmosphere ends."

super restaurant in a small street close to the sea, typical and very pleasant interior atmosphere. Very good kitchen made with fresh products with a simple and clean map. I recommend callejon signature pins; a very welcoming and friendly personal treat. budget side count approx 50€/pers.A test without hesitation.

We were greeted by a charming couple in love with his work. These people are not here to stack the seasons. The freshness of the products allows them not to indulge in too widespread contortions consisting of taking for other under pumpy cards that often hide many gaps or even cheating. Let's chip in the plancha just cooked and a real parillada enchanted our evening. this place offers an authentic restoration. do not hesitate

We have dinner in this restaurant in the typical setting. the map offers a sufficient choice with original and Spanish dishes. Spanish wines are very good invoice. the duck on the original support was perfect, accompaniment and sauces as well. The tuna steack was generous, the inputs provided and excellent (basque paste). the service is very efficient and friendly, the advice of the boss and excellent servers. prices are in average, quality, advice and friendliness in addition.Almost the best restaurant in our holiday home!

"We had only one night to enjoy Biarritz. Our research led us to dine at Le O2 Verdun. It was the perfect choice. Francois took care of us all evening. He was both charming and perfectly attentive. He thoughtfully helped us chose our dishes (there were a couple of additions to the prixe fix menu) and Francois helped describe each dish to us because our French is not so good! The chef/owner is so incredibly talented! This is a Michelin star quality restaurant but it is inexpensive. Don’t let the low fool you! The quality of the dishes and their ingredients was exceptional! Every morsel of every dish was amazing, from the bon bons filled with local cheese and ham that melted in your mouth to the homemade foi gras, to the cod with peppers and spices that were so subtle but perfect, to the calamari special in a garlic sauce that was divine! Their chocolate fondue and brioche French toast were delicious! We were stuffed! All of that deliciousness for less than 60 Euros, 29.90 each! Of course, we paired it all with a variety of white and red wines. Francois was kind enough to help us as we chose each glass to pair with the food. Their wine list was not very extensive, but there were plenty of good choices at more than reasonable prices, both by the glass and by the bottle. If you have one night free in Biarritz, you MUST try this restaurant! You will be so happy you did!"
