"The quality of the 1.6 kg. ribeye we have had here hovers well above any steak I have tried in the States, even in Spain. They only use Galician beef. Ours was from a 14 years old cow. Very welll marbled and cooked rare over charcoal. There is very little English spoken and only ladies work in the kitchen or dining room. Wine list is well priced but they don't indicate the years. They also make their own blood sausage which is very good. We had grilled red peppers and a green salad with the steak. Given the quality I have found the price to be more than fair. I believe that there are only individual great bottles of great wines and there are individual cows which are truly great. So perhaps we were lucky but as far as I know this is the only place that serves Galician beef which is unique and on par with the Kobe (albeit very different) of Japan in terms of quality."
