"We ate at EST today and had, among other things, Crab Balls, Sashimi Bites, Edamame, Crunchy Salmon, Avocado Maki, Otoro Nigiri and Flamed Managatuso Nigiri. Plus water and 1 Sapporo each. We shared the dishes and we all agreed that we would definitely want to come back. The edamame came with salt, chili and garlic, which gave the pods a certain roasted note without tasting too overpoweringly garlicky. The chili could have been hotter; But that was already very good. The avocado maki was neat. I liked the crab balls but actually the crunchy salmon the best among the fried dishes. And the Flamed Managutuso Nigiri was really great. If I hadn't eaten this at the end, but much earlier, I would definitely have ordered it again. The service was extremely nice and courteous. We initially sat outside in the shade, and when the sun came up we were offered a table in the shade without asking. That doesn't happen often as a guest. The ambience was very nice. We sat at a table outside, in front of the restaurant, under a tree, with a view of beautiful old buildings. It was a beautiful summer day and people strolled by. Nice! All in all, I can definitely recommend the restaurant. We'll be back."
