"We were on the first time on Fangfrisch in HL on October and our expectations were exceeded in all areas. Although the restaurant was very well visited and everyone had to do, we were greeted immediately and brought to the table. At the beverage focus, we have been offered a pro refinish with the wine. And even when ordering the food we have been offered deviations from the menu. For us, Philipp was responsible for this evening, very friendly, competent and attentive. But this applies to our observations for the whole staff. The food was excellent, so also a praise to the kitchen! An all-round evening in a good atmosphere and also a great ambience, for a big thank you! We would not only recommend a caught in HL, we have already done it and we will gladly come back. we were there on Wednesday, 26.8.20 for the first time. because we had vacationed in lübeck and had hunger in the late evening after a trip, we went to search for a great restaurant and discovered fresh. we decided for the tasty made-up for 2. the service was flott, friendly and helpful. we didn't have to wait long. everything looked very appetizing and the taste convinced us.
