"Absolute disaster of a birthday dinner in this class of restaurant. The evening didn't start well at 19:30 and ended late at night. Very long waiting times until anything happened. Until the deck, everything was still in order after that, a long mountain and valley trip started. We had to change the table after a short time, as the oil bottle had made us a line through the bill and the floor was loosened and the oil spread throughout the table. This table was not cleared until the end in the “night” and was certainly not a beautiful sight for the neighboring tables. Menus are excellent but tasteful and visually still capable of developing. Eating unfortunately very clearly for this price class. Instead of a regional wine tour that we selected, the first three courses started with international accompaniment. This was changed only after complaint and query. Main courses were exchanged. Guests already slept in the neighboring tables. The service team had tried but could no longer save this evening. In order not only to nail, there were two courses which still shined and perfectly harmonized with the right wines. The discussions of the complaints were always at eye level and the insight into the bad service was paid to us during the invoice. A lot of air up. Unfortunately, you have not become our favorite!"

The Christmas dinner in the Favorite has tradition with us. The visit fully met our expectations. Tastefully as always excellent. Time had passed fast. We weren coming back.

A visit to the Gourmet Restaurant of the Favorite is undoubtedly an exceptional experience. Each gear is imaginatively presented and each has a culinary delight. Service and kitchen show exceptional flexibility. A guest of our group came more than half an hour late thanks to the Bundesbahn. The service team gave us the feeling that such a delay was no problem at all. We had to register post-Corona due to considerable dietary restrictions. The correspondingly adapted vegetarian menu was just as highlight as the “normal” menu. We enjoyed the evening! The ambience, the joyful and knowledgeable staff and of course the outstanding food. We'll be back!
