Large cod cooked at lunchtime and reheated and served on reopening at 16-30hrs. AWFUL I am never coming back

We always come here. Today must have been the end of the night. Cold, hollow "chips ', cold savaloy. Just bad quality! Awful. Such a shame

This has got to be the best chippy around, its hard to find a nice savaloy and perfect chips these days. But these guys have nailed it. Great friendly staff too well done Fazeley Fishbar

I went just as they was closing and it was no problem to sort out a piece of cod for my wife went the extra mile to make sure it was fresh and piping hot,could see everyone really cleaning the kitchen and filling those vinegar Bottles so prepping as they go

The worst excuse for fish and chips ever. The cod was dry and barely warm, the chips soggy and tasteless. We don’t go there often but something drastic has changed since our last visit about 2 years ago. This used to be excellent with queues outside on the street no more, and having just thrown most of my dinner away I can see why. Dreadful. View menu

We've been using this little fish and chip shop for some time but recently our requirements have changed since our daughter was diagnosed with coeliac disease. This chip shop caters fully for gluten free diets and goes further than just having a deparate fryer. Staff are trained to clean down surfaces and use separate utensils for gluten and non-gluten foods and all care is taken to keep items separate. Great understanding and I believe now all chips are gluten free. Brilliant.

We have visited Fazeley Fish Bar a couple of times over the past year when travelling through on our narrowboat and I can see why it is so popular. On a Friday night there can a queue down the street for their lovely food. On our most recent visit, it was a Friday lunchtime and we decided to place an order from the boat so that it would be ready for when we walked up there. We ordered haddock, chips, mushy peas, curry sauce and a sausage for the dogs. Everything was cooked fresh and of excellent quality and the food was just being bagged up as we arrived. We will definitely be visiting again, it was a very positive experience.

I don’t do bad reviews but I am so mad….I had to repeat my order (for 4 4 times as the young girl serving was more interested in having a laugh with the other young girl serving! Half way through serving my order she decided to tell me there’s a 5 minute wait for the doner meat, so as you can imagine the rest of the food was cold by the time we came to eat it! As there was a queue for the donar meat the portion was skimpy, and salad, what salad? 6 chicken nuggets for £3, the portion was absolutely tiny!
