"I'm always skeptical for sushi shops that have 50 action discounts as offer, but here my fear was groundless. what I liked most of flying fish was that the maki was uncomplicated and easy. in contrast to so many other sushi shops in berlin, where maki as practice in the fusion kitchen with chic ingredients like fresh cheese, maki in flying fish followed the simple and traditional rice, nori, fish / vegetables recipe. the right bang, however, is the nitriri. both the butter fish and the unagi nigiri were delicious and contained a generous piece of fish. sashimi with ika, katsuo, saba and suzuki (not the motorcycle! ... everything fresh and delicious. fugu is here, as everywhere in Germany, unfortunately not. the service was good and the sushi came about 10 minutes after the ordering on the table, but that was on a Sunday and there were few other couples in the restaurant. better than the standard, we are back soon."
