"The food was below average, definitely not 5 stars that’s for sure! No wonder there were only a few tables in the restaurant. Food came without they key ingredients and had to be chased up! How is this 5 star??? Most of the staff (not all) were incredibly rude and unwelcoming. Despite this, gave them around a 15% tip with no thanks or gratitude (in fact received a scowl). Would not go back and definitely do not recommend! No wonder everyone is heading down the boulevard/los alcazares!! Food is of a much higher standard elsewhere. Don’t waste your money. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2"

They served us a piece of dinner... all exquisite, tastefully presented... impeccable service and a movie atmosphere.

The food ok. The service is pathetic and rude to the customer. It seems incredible that it is a hotel of this level Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Tarradellas/Buitoni style frozen pizza but for 4 times its price. tasteless risotto. Joke garlic bread, with supermarket sliced bread. Very bad and very expensive. Avoid.

The truth is that the hotel is incredible but the restaurant is lousy. Slow between the starters and the main course more than an hour. The pizzas seem to be from Casa Tarradellas (I have my doubts that they are made there) very expensive for the quality they offer. APPALLING View menu

The food served did not reflect the menu i.e. main ingredients MISSING. Staff where very indifferent. Despite tip given no thanks after a poor service . I would recommend staying clear. Go to the Boulevard for better service and food. Chances are that the place will be closed soon Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Somewhat confusing as the menu you are given when seated does not resemble the on line menu and it implies that it is a Spanish restaurant. However, on the two occasions we visited during our 10 day holiday we found the staff to be pleasant and the food to be very acceptable. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40

We ordered pizza that is already sliced and we ate with our hands... but surprise when paying for the drink that they charge us 1.50 for each cover (which were already on the table when we sat down) and we did not ask for or use it. They should advise that they charge a supplement for the use of cutlery. Ugly detail that tarnishes the room Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 View menu

Arrived to be told we couldn’t sit inside even though others came behind us with no reservation and got a table no problem indoors . Service was awful and very grumpy. Was offered water and never received it (they added it to the bill that then had to be sorted at the end food portions were tiny lovely but tiny . Was never offered a second drink when we asked for another we never received it . Will definitely not be going back here again. For the price at this restaurant you expect more .

Impressive disappointment. I would like to know what the people who share their comments here value because the quality of the food is lousy, the pizzas are not homemade, they are frozen so the dough is separated from the ingredients, it is of the Dr. Oetker type but multiplying its price for 3. The past Rissoto and the garlic bread...the first time I have had Serrano type bread, smeared with oil and garlic...and I have tried many both in Spain and Italy. I'm sorry but I still think that the quality has to go according to the price. Nothing recommended.

"This place is just brilliant cocktails are absolutely spot on, food is delicious and the place itself is vibrant, superbly laid out and decorated perfectly. Excellent background music playing at exactly the right level provides the perfect vibe it’s just bang on!! The menu offers tapas starters (delicious fabulous pizzas (the Calzone was the best I have eaten for years! , generous home made burgers (which looked amazing and a complete sushi menu (we had a poke bowl which was put together beautifully by an obviously highly talented chef and was yummy delicious! . BUT the very very best of this place was the fantastic Thomas a French maitre d who looked after us like we were the only people in the place (which we weren’t of course as the restaurant was really busy! . Buzzing with enthusiasm and with professional verve he made time for us, explained the menu and the ethos of the restaurant, recommended some fabulous wine, brought us “under the counter” home made ice cold liqueurs, oversaw what was delivered to us and attended to our every need . It really made us feel special hats off Thomas you made our evening complete!! (Message to the owner you’d best look after this guy as he is a total game changer and a stand out young man who is destined for personal and corporate success!! Can’t wait to go back when next in the area (Sucina and hope Thomas and the team of excellent staff and chefs are there to look after us!"
