"Disappointing brunch after I’ve heard some good reviews regarding the bottomless brunch. Service was appalling we were placed in a corner and basically left with no service and had to consistently ask for a top up. Staff just walked past us and did not top us up and said it was a ‘busy’ day. Food was lovely! Such a shame that after when it had emptied out our waitress was just at the bar and for about 20 minutes we were left with no top up. When we asked another member of staff for the bill when it has exceeded 20 minutes after our time slot we asked for a top up and she said no because it was over our time slot. We explained we had been waiting for so long she said she could get us one as if she was doing us a favour. We then were left for another 15 minutes as nobody came over with a card machine which resulted in myself asking at the bar as we had to leave. The service charge was optional and when we paid the waitress said we hadn’t paid the full amount which was rude. We said that’s because we did not pay the service charge as it was appalling. For a girls brunch and a fun afternoon I would not recommend."

Warmly greeted by the gentleman at reception and was promptly shown to my table. Service was friendly, food was tasty the cocktails were yummy. I would definitely recommend this venue for something informal and quaint.

For a bottomless brunch it was brilliant. It took a while for someone to come over and say hello, and they were not attentive at keeping our water jug topped up. But they were certainly working hard and were constantly keeping our glasses full. it was a great brunch and would definitely come again.

Very disappointed. Turned up for my birthday with a group of friends for the place not to exist anymore. Apparently it closed in March. Very embarrassing! Also so annoying as we had no where to go for prosecco brunch. I think you need to look into this? As you should not of accepted my booking which I made months ago!
