I thank you for having responded to my review, I stress that the supplement of a euro is due only in case I had not brought the envelope for the withdrawal and not for a piece of paper to wrap the pizza (which never happened in other facilities) and anyway from feliziani' I would not have expected it. I invite you to spend better the euro I gave you to improve the quality of its products as cannoli were acidic. P.S. I would like to point out that it is not my intention to insult those who work, unfortunately I was forced to make a negative review considering my cordial greetings experience"
