"Yesterday in the early evening I was in the “ frida “ a small tapas local in unterbilk – düsseldorf. I ordered several tapas as an appetizer, including Serrano/Manchego, datteln in speckmantel and gambas in chillibutter. everything was super fresh and very tasty! has tastefully always met my taste completely and what is ordered in a Latin American restaurant as a main course? Of course an Argentine steak! on the table came a delicate piece of meat with aromatic fat rim, fried point-precisely on medium and with a large supplement. last but not least I got a crema catalana as a dessert. I imagined something different from it, but still it was very delicious. my conclusion for the “FRIDA” is that it is a very nice local for in between, with a very nice service and a delicious kitchen."

frida is a tapas bar and pub on the bilker church. for a holiday or weekend beer, the small and big hunger as well as for a large breakfast very recommended! with beautiful weather you can also sit outside and watch the Bilker rub.

go there because the tapas taste delicious and the atmosphere is super (very lively, sometimes almost too loud . deko as already mentioned also something special with the frida kahlo thema. some of the services are great, other things stressed (of course, because always the load is full, so something is not brought. still again and again :

there are good eating in the beautiful environment. on the lunch card they always find something. I've never been there in the evening, so I can't say anything to the tappas. the workers sometimes seem stressed and they should ask what is really in the food. sometimes there are ingredients that are not listed on the map. If you don't get it or like it, you're bad.

I can also agree with my previous commentators: the frida is not a cheaper one, but very nicer to load in a beautiful neighbourhood in düsseldorf Unterbilk/Hafen. as I am especially late-breaking, I appreciate that I also get a lush breakfast offer at lunchtime. Mostly, the portions are even too large: mountains of fresh fruits, sufficient vegetables with yogurt, hearty ham / cheese /tomates omelettes. so you get tired here anyway, and the staff is usually friendly. it can happen that you don't get a table anymore so you can get as early as possible.
