Fu Hong Chinese - Menu

I have never noticed this place, my daughter had Googled restaurants local and seen this, she and my mum went and told me about it. So went today with my hubby and my mum and kids. Absolutely lovely, lovely polite and helpful staff. Food was gorgeous! Generous portions. Very reasonable priced. Will definitely be coming again!

Booked and deposit paid for a birthday got there no table ready..fair play wasn't to long. Overall food wasn't to bad 3 out of 5 maybe but dear lord Rude rude staff...unhelpful and abrupt maybe a customer service course wouldn't go a miss...when Bill was ready they forgot to deduct the deposit already paid ...wouldn't go back

Paid deposit for Xmas Eve meal was not told at the time was a set menu till I got there tonight Christmas Eve was a set menu £26 per person asked could we order of menu got told no then asked for my deposit back got told no then 3 staff started arguing with me speaking rudely in Chinesse got my money back and went to China garden where we could order anything my family wanted never again cheeky and rude. Got a takeaway from here midweek , the only thing that was nice was the Sui Mai , everything used to be spot on here , not anymore . Lamb black pepper was tiny little scrappy pieces of lamb , salt pepper squid went in the bin it was like rubber , left the ribs no meat on them an awful fatty char Sui meal with a horrible tasting sauce . Needs to up its game charging these prices better off going the chippy . Only live local won’t go anymore

Visited yesterday, had banquet B for 2 people we were able to change the meals as well outstanding service so much food we had to take our mains home! I forgot to take pictures of our starters but we had salt and pepper chicken spare ribs spring rolls and prawn roast as well of all the food pictured! All of this food plus drinks £54 this was 2 pints and four cokes, extremely cheap for drinks! So glad this is just on my door step lovely food, staff and service. Thank you

I have visited this restaurant a few times before and thought it was okay for the price. However, my experience tonight was not the best. The starters were fine, but the main meal had cold rice. When I mentioned this to someone I believe was the manager, she insisted that the plate was hot. I reiterated that the rice was cold, but her attitude was very poor. They took the plates away and replaced them, but the rice was still lukewarm. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant. View menu

The appetizers were decent, but the main courses arrived 10 minutes apart despite ordering a banquet. They were cold and the staff had a poor attitude, blaming us for not eating what was served, even though we were missing two dishes and rice. We argued for 30 minutes about the bill because we didn't want a recook due to a bug on the table near the aged food. Eventually, we settled for a higher price than we felt was fair. What used to be a regular spot for our family has now lost our reputation due to this experience.

Not what I'd expected. Visited as a couple for evening meal- booked for 7pm got sat and drinks straight away. Then ordered and starter of soup came, then we waited and we waited and we waited. Until a waitress came over to tell us they'd dropped our order slip on the floor. We waited for the platter of starters again then waited for the main which wasn't the usual standard of this place. We have came here for years for eating in and take away so I hope it was a blip but I'm not sure. We got a free drink to ease the blow which was a nice gesture considering we'd ordered at 7.05pm and got the main at 8.15pm

We were very disappointed with our visit to the restaurant last night, as we have been there several times before. We booked a table but it wasn't necessary, as there were only 10 other people there besides us. We chose banquet A, but became confused when the server said we could also pick another meal off the menu. The starters were really good, but the main meals were not. The sweet and sour chicken and beef in oyster sauce did not taste good, and the spicy prawns were also disappointing. The chicken curry had too much skin attached, which was unpleasant.
