"This place is the epitome of hit and miss. Roughly every 2 out of 3 visits, the staff are lovely, the food is okay, it's clean, and the hot chocolate *was* out of this world. *the hot chocolate is a bit watery lately. I keep coming back because when it's good, it's really good. Best place to stop for a coffee in Peacehaven good. And the park is absolutely stunning to look out at sit outside in. However, it does seem to be dependent on who is in. Some of them make amazing hot drinks others do not. Some staff are friendly and accomodating others are not. It's like playing Russian roulette whenever I order a drink. I need to work out who makes the good ones! A little bit of training and some quality checks would make this place perfect. I don't even mind that it's a little pricey it would be totally worth it if it was consistent. I was going to go for 3 stars but I've added an extra to balance the sheer audacity of the person who complained about dogs in a dog friendly establishment. You can literally go anywhere you want, you pick a dog friendly place, and then moan about dogs! That's like complaining there are children in the park."

Rude and disgusting way to treat a single dad with a 4 Yr old and 2 Yr old. Refused to let me use the baby change. Then aggressive and rude attempt to apologise. Shame I use this place often.

Lovely welcoming staff, I am visiting cafee with my residents and we are feeling really velcoming. I love my jacket potatoes there. One of the best cafe in Peacehaven with wonderful view !: highly recommended

Lovely cafe, great for after a long walk with the dogs. Lovely staff and very friendly. The other diners are all nice too. Families and friends all chatting and enjoying the food. Amazingly I didnt see one person on their phone.

I love Pappachinos cafe in the park, it’s great to go for a stroll round with my friends and their dogs or on my own, then for coffee or lunch, it’s always friendly and someone to talk to. They seem to be upgrading it and the outside area is lovely to sit out in the sunshine. Also now they are offering a craft group once a month on a Wednesday evening from Peacehaven crafts for wellbeing with a different craft each month, it will be a lovely place to go to meet new people. Will definitely visit more often
