"Outstanding cafe located opposite Marylebone station via a less than one minute walk. Far superior to anything inside the station. Very hospitable staff, the lady (who I think is the owner) remembers customers and their orders and is always smiling and welcoming. All staff work extremely hard to ensure polished surfaces, no dirty plates left behind etc. Standard of cleanliness superb. Food is delicious and a good selection on offer. Definitely worth making the trip across the zebra from the station you won’t be disappointed. Cafes like this are hard to find and this one is a gem. P.s I have had the privilege to re visit this wonderful establishment. The jacket potato and baked beans were incredible. The water is also extremely good and very cold. Staff are so nice. Lovely place. Really recommend. In fact if you are in London just once you must come here. P.p.s back again in this great place. They make food so fast eg bacon sandwiches. No one is left waiting they are so quick. Definitely recommend. P.p.p.s the staff work so hard here. Everything is like a well oiled machine. All the lovely customers enjoy their food and beverages. There is a lot on the menu as you can see in the picture. You can also see the sign it is a nice orange colour as you can see. There is a shiny mirror on the wall but you don’t want to look in it when you look like me but it is very shiny all the sane and they must polish it a lot. The decor is very interesting indeed. The jacket potato with baked beans is very good.you can sit at the window or on woven chairs. Kids on a school trip. Teachers do such a good job. Not an easy one but they do it well. I found Gino’s 40yrs ago when working at a holiday job in London. Forgot it for a long time, got posh went to the Landmark. Now re remembered. Hasn’t changed , all those wasted years. Always go in for a mug of proper tea and toast.

This was truly disgusting. The bacon was dry and crisp and I literally couldn't bite through the sausage. The egg was ok but fried in a rancid tasting oil. I was suspicious because the breakfast arrived about 2 minutes after ordering it.

I arrived at this restaurant this afternoon at 4:40pm hoping to get something to take away for my train journey, but I was immediately met with a rude "We're closed" from a young woman with round glasses. I questioned the closing time, as there were customers seated nearby, but she rudely repeated that they were closed. Even the website indicated that the coffee bar was open at that time. Regardless of the actual closing status, the girl's attitude towards me was unacceptable. It is clear she is not suited for customer service. I will not be returning to this establishment. A friend introduced me to Gino's quite a few years ago now I visit virtually every time I come into London. I'm nearly always arriving at Baker St. station before 7 : 30 am so it's straight round to Gino's for a cup of their excellent coffee breakfast. Great service a cheery word from the hard working staff. Good atmosphere with an eclectic mix of clientele. Gino's is superbly positioned on the corner of Great Central St. so is bang opposite Marylebone Station. Nothing better than sitting on one of the high stools by the window watching London life.
