We were served by Ay thami, really great with customer service. engagement with us was superb. Staff like him deserves recognition by the managers.

Meze came out, look like it had just been slopped on the plate. Falafels were just warmed up. Terrible quality of food. Its so annoying that the brand quality is used to sell crappy food

The meal was quite average and barely warm. My dish had rice in it, which should always be served hot at the proper temperature. The staff was friendly, but I would not recommend this restaurant. View menu

We were at the airport looking for breakfast and decided to try Giraffe due to what looked to be a promising menu. The service was very slow. We almost walked out. When the food eventually arrived it was tasty but felt overpriced for the quantity.

This restaurant is conveniently situated just outside the security departure area of the south terminal. Our server, Jennifer, was extremely friendly and welcoming, making our experience very pleasant. The service was excellent – keep up the good work!

Me and my family were greeted by Carolina and were served by Gabby who were both so welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was lovely and the bartender Kamila made us the most amazing cocktails : would definitely recommend everyone to visit and there was a great selection of food View menu

We ate in the restaurant as we had a discount in association with the hotel we were staying in. Waitress was so friendly and brilliant in her job. We had a deal for a two course meal and soft drink. Halloumi with pomegranate for starter, burger and katsu chicken with noddles and then sorbet for dessert. All food tasted good. In the deal you could also upgrade your drink for a Estrella for £1.

The service at this restaurant was excellent, with the staff engaging in friendly conversation and checking in on my experience. Despite the initial wait for a table, the Barista quickly stepped in to assist. I only had coffee and toast, but the cappuccino was one of the best I have had in a while. Giraffe may be quieter than other cafes, but the overall experience was wonderful. I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you to the team for a great visit.

Let me start off with, I hope I’m reviewing the right Giraffe restaurant; as we’ve just eaten in the Gatwick Airport South Terminal establishment. So… Wow! I think I might’ve just had the best meal at a non-independent restaurant I’ve had in the longest time. It’s not often I am waxing lyrically about a meal that’s been hugely enjoyed by not only myself, but my children as well. The service was very friendly, very efficient and all without the feeling I’m being rushed throughout the process of dining.
