That’s good, it’s important to me. No menu (a priori) but a simple slate: pita with two toppings of your choice soups dish of the day dessert. Simple and consistent with homemade and fresh products. Clear explanations and given with passion. I try the soup and the dish. Refined, perfectly seasoned, beautifully presented, a delight and at the same time generous, very nice portion. The bread is made on site, right down to the wonderful square of chocolate that accompanies the coffee. Really don't change anything. We will come back to each intervention on Millau We had a great time. THANKS"

We had lunch at a stop in Millau. Wanting to eat healthy for cheap, so we tried Glou glou miam miam. Little new place, the boss is full of good ideas and eager to do things well with local products, season and organic to the extent possible. I wish her success.
