"What a thoroughly decadent experience. Absolutely GORGEOUS! The decor was great, with quirky antiques available to buy if desired. There was French soft jazz playing in the background. I had a coffee and a cheese scone, which was presented beautifully, with a slice of wonderful cheese and relish on the side and the coffee was phenomenal. My husband had an espresso and chocolate cake, also fabulous! The service was lovely, and we are definitely coming back, next time with guests! Thank you for a lovely experience!"

Lovely cafe. Freshly made sandwiches, homemade scones served warm with homemade plum and gin jam and clotted cream. Homemade unusual cakes. Tea and coffee good too! Quaint surroundings and friendly staff.

Lovely tea room but disappointed with my food. I had a fish finger sandwich which lacked flavour and appeared to be cheaply thrown together. Overpriced for what was presented. Unfortunately would not return.

Another thoroughly enjoyable breakfast. Sarah and her staff are extremely helpful, make you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Definitely not one to be missed. Also bought delicious cakes for the afternoon. Scrummy!

A gorgeous light lunch with my beautiful daughter to celebrate my birthday. Sandwiches were so tasty and the selection of cakes devine. Prosecco topped up as and when required! Thank you Grays of Shropshire for a memorable birthday treat.

I was really disappointed with this restaurant. The prices were very high, especially £7 for a pot of tea for two. The food was just okay, nothing special, and I felt it was overpriced as well. I don't think I would return to this restaurant.

Found this lovely cafe today and we were made very welcome nothing was to much trouble. Sarah was well clued on allergies and my gluten free meal was lovely as the other 3 meals that family had. I’ve had a few afternoon teas in my time, but this was actually the best I’ve ever had. We had high tea with Assam tea, which was a delicious proper loose leaf tea. You can taste the difference compared with everyday teas. All the elements of the high tea used excellent quality ingredients and there was a great variety of sandwiches and cakes. Delicious. Also, the owner and the waitress were both lovely. I wish you and your business well.

Best coffee in Ironbridge!!! I have recently been avoiding Ironbridge due to a bad experience at another cafe in the area. I got recommended Grays by a friend and I am blown away by the standards of homemade cake and have to recommend the ironbridge pudding which was out of this world. The coffee was high quality unlike other cafes like your costa's and starbucks's. The prices for the service they offer are absolutely amazing so for anyone visiting ironbridge I couldn’t recommend this gorgeous cafe anymore.
