our eating was good, but according to my opinion, the presentation and the service is somewhat exaggerated. this is not a gourmet restaurant, but a good restaurant with a stylish location and atmosphere.

after 12 years my wife is reunited with her nursing mother. we had a perfect dinner in the harbour house. the service is very attentive and the food is delicious. the lookout is perfect and totally relaxing ambiente.

perfect location with beautiful view of the inner port of emden. beautiful old traditional ship along the side of the kai directly in front of the restaurant. the food is good and the place and the service very friendly?

visited today this stylish and elegant place in a larger group and had a great experience. my salat was one of the best I have ever eaten and I recommend to order a frying spirit after eating;) in short: it was an excellent service, atmosphere and eating. thank you, harbour house!

in a rainy night we were looking for a trip advisor to find a warm, friendly place for a nice dinner in a new city, and they were right. great friendly service, delicious food and even a visit from the cook, perfect. sitting outside the water in a clear night is a place to go.CaptZ

we had a nice lunch here. I think this is the "Gourmet" restaurant where we ate in emden, it was recommended by some other Americans who met during our stay. they offer seating on terrace and deck directly on the water where we can watch boats, ships and trains. good value for money.

a place like this lacked in emden: trendy and chic mixes old local recipes with international creations. the price was higher than it should be for quality and location. the place was half full and we waited 30 minutes for the appetizers. but we would repeat it and not let ourselves be fooled. this is now one of the more beautiful places in emden.

here as a guest of a business contact and was initially disturbed, as at our arrival a high-time or birthday party took place in a great style and we were led to a table in the back part of the restaurant. the service was excellent, however, and with the pay on this day quite well. the crab soup is a strong garnel soup and very tasty. the main dish was the matjespot, which consisted of absolutely first-class Matjes-Heringen, who were competing with each sashimi and one of the best I have ever tried.
