"Staff worked at snail pace. Counter had to keep asking the 'chef ' if they had what I was ordering. I mean seriously. I just wanted fish and chips and chicken bites. Chips were hard and dry, like they had been there since night before. Chicken bites were hard and dry nephew barely touched his food. This is supposed to be the pinnacle of and English dish. It was down right awful and a waste of £21 for 2 adults and one child. Stay away. Having seen the owners responses to some of the bad reviews just saying you are disappointed means nothing. What are you going to do to improve the bad reviews?"

The prices are quite high for the quality of the food. The chips were cold, the fish didn’t compare to our local fish and chip shop, and charging 30p for a packet of ketchup seems ridiculous. View menu

this could b a thriving business with the right people working there, spent 20 mins recently in a short cue going no where staff too busy talking to each other device decided to join another cue for food

Very small portion! Ordered large but was small. Quality of this branch was Too far from other branches. Charge for catch-up. No tar tar sauce. I think all branches of a company should serve same. The worst experience of Harry rumsdens

There is a lot of competition in the Trafford Centre food court, so this restaurant has to stand out. The fish and chips, which are a staple here, are decent, but the price is quite high for what you receive. On the plus side, the portion size is generous and filling. Unfortunately, the soda was flat. View menu

Went at 11:10AM and it was still closed despite the opening times saying it opened at 11.went back about 15 minutes later to be told rudely by the cashier I hadn’t followed the line barriers (Bare in mind there was no one else in line so I simply walked to the front... then she snapped ‘but never mind’ and rolled her eyes at me.I then tell her my order and she says they don’t have it in, I ask will they if i come back later and she shrugs.

I could give 0 of 5 but unfortunately there's no zero!Really didn't like the staff that she served me as she was really really miserable didn't smile !!! I was waiting for my food for 15mins and they served for other customer who ordered before me !! I asked about my food and it was in another side !!!My food was cold ! Chips is really dry and hard to eat it compares to Burger King or KFC !30p for the Ketchup!! Really???! Your meal doesn't come with a soft drink?! So you have to order everything separately! Never come back again!
