"I made a reservation, but had to remind the staff to mark us as present because I received a message from Open Table saying we were late. We had special steak vouchers, but were disappointed to find that only small steaks were available with no offer to make up for it. The salad bar was empty and we had to ask for it to be replenished, as well as for side plates for the bread rolls – we're still waiting! This visit was not good, they need to improve and the supervisory/management attitude was terrible. As regular customers who usually rate this restaurant highly, we were disappointed with our experience."

Once again we enjoyed an evening meal with the benefit of a £10 voucher of our bill if over £30, two mains and a drink gets you over the trigger point. Staff obliging as normal

Whilst our return visit showed how well we get looked after, we did have a bit of a mix up with the food order and some items not in stock (Golden Rice and Baked Potatoes) which is a little odd for a chain

We have been here a lot of times .everytime as been great.the food is lush and the staff are so friendly. Service is fantastic.there's plenty of choice. And the free salad bar is great .I give it a massive 10 out of 10 .

Our first visit back to Buckshaw Harvester this year (2018), the service was excellent and the vouchers meant that the price was very competitive, a little disappointed at the quality of my steak, I've had better on previous visits.
