this place is lovely for lunch the service was excellent and the atmosphere was great the server was very happy and chatty and was very attentive

It is unfortunate that this restaurant was destroyed in a fire a few weeks ago. We were planning to have breakfast here before our trip to Harbour Park next door.

Took our 7 year old granddaughter Sunday afternoon 5pm. Fairly quiet. Service was excellent (prompt not rushed and friendly). Food was plentiful and tasty (good value) and a good range of dishes. Enjoyed the experience ! View menu

The salad bar looked like it had been there for days, the whole restaurant was dirty. The service was really slow. The only thing that was ok was the chicken. We will never be going there again and I will advise me friends and family not too go.

Good experience to be fair. We were seated straight away as you’d expect with a booked table. The salad card was slow to be refreshed but was soon sorted after a member of staff was asked about it. The meal was decent as expected and came out to us fairly swiftly. On the whole it was nice.

I've eaten here a few times over the years, and in general the service is good and the food okay. Typical Harvester with good visits and not so good visits. Sadly on Thursday 10 August 2023, the restaurant burnt to the ground. Too soon to say if it will be rebuilt, but if it is, it probably will take at least a year, maybe two years before we see it back again. View menu

Our server Mark was delightful and the food was excellent. However, we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated, despite many staff members walking past us. We ordered two rounds of drinks, but both times they did not arrive until we specifically asked for them after another 10 minute wait. The food, on the other hand, came out very quickly and was delicious. Dessert was also fantastic. Thank you to Mark for being a great server.

I ordered food for takeout from Harvester but was disappointed with my experience. The food arrived cold, some meals were missing, and all the desserts were missing as well. When I called to address the issue, the lady suggested contacting Just Eat for a refund, but we wanted the food we ordered. She then informed me that the missing items were actually waiting for us to pick up, even though we had paid for delivery. This kind of mishap seems to happen every time we order from there, so we had previously stopped ordering. Unfortunately, 6 months later, the same issues persist, leaving us feeling disappointed and ruining our evening.

Arrived at this restaurant during a chaotic early evening rush. The host was friendly and informed us that since we hadn't made a reservation, we could sit in the bar area, which we agreed to. Our table was promptly cleaned for us. The bartender, however, did not seem very interested in serving us and took a long time to prepare our drinks. I ordered mushrooms for my starter followed by a salad bowl. The starters arrived quickly, but the mushrooms were lukewarm. The salad bowl was decent, but lacked croutons and beetroot, and the presentation was not very neat. Despite this, the food we did have was okay.
