"Booked a table here for a couple of evenings while we were staying at a nearby campsite. On both occasions the food was excellent and substantial, staff were super friendly and the atmosphere cosy and inviting. This restaurant is definitely the perfect spot for tasty food. I tried the beer-battered cod with chips and it was absolutely delicious. The cod was crispy and tender, and the service was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely come back here again.

Lovely friendly pub restaurant. Highly recommend booking if wanting to eat here. We had a lovely meal on Sunday. Freshly cooked food. No ding meals here....The steak ale mushroom pie was tasty. Even if it only had a puff pastry top. The cheese board had a nice selection of cheeses. highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant. They were very accommodating to my wife's dietary restrictions of dairy and gluten free food on both of our visits.
