"we were there a few weeks ago, I have deposited my phone number twice in front of location, but the administration must do better than offer unsatisfied guests a solution. it took approx. 20 min until we were served for the first time at our table. we ordered a weinschorle, the glass apparently came from the previous owner, as it was still completely dirty. when we complained about it, another glass came in the still approx. 1 cm high stood the rinse water. I often drink a mosco mule, but what was served there had nothing to do with a mosco mule. When I ordered a wee when the Moschkow mule was insensitive, we got a weinglas in which the rinse water stood. When I complained about it, I got a waterglass. none of us was finished with his drinks when we were asked to pay, as the service now wants to make dinner and we cannot pay at the next level. to avoid stress, we took this in buy and wanted to pay with card. the only card device in one load this size was broken. a bank transfer was not possible. so that we were forced to run to the next bank, even though we were not done to cancel money there. it was asked that you remain in the last insurance that we do not run away.
