I just went in to pick up some food and while I was waiting, I witnessed a staff member drop a pizza box on the floor, face down. She casually dusted it off and then went on to fold it and place it with the others for use. This is completely unacceptable and disgusting. I will not be returning, as I can’t trust the hygiene practices if this is how they operate. Overall, I give them: Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

The cost was quite budget-friendly, ranging from £1 to £10 per person. The food received a rating of 3; it was decent, but not particularly memorable. The service also rated a 3, as it was satisfactory, though not exceptional. The atmosphere, rated at 2, left something to be desired, which is to be expected from a delivery meal. We were in Scarborough for day from Newcastle and stumbled across this little gem. Not going to lie waited for at least half and hour but Saturday night what do you expect. Let me tell you though that wait was absolutely 100 per cent worth every minute. We got back along coast in our camper van and sat enjoying every single mouth full of our mixed kebab. Meat cut and cooked to perfection garlic and chilli by far best weve ever had. I placed an order around 10 PM and my boyfriend went to the gates since we were staying in a secure area. We waited until 10:15 and then I called them. They informed me it would take another 20-40 minutes. I missed the call back because of poor signal, so my boyfriend went to the gates again to check the status. The delivery person said it was no problem and that he would return. However, the manager then took the call and said there was no food available, wasted our money, and repeatedly used foul language towards my boyfriend! I sincerely apologize to the delivery person for having to hear such unprofessional behavior from their manager. I hope you find a new job with someone who knows how...

Order alot of food and spent alot of money! (which wasn't great but that's not what this is about) 2 of our meals missing and 3 sides, called the takeaway to get it sorted after paying over £90 to be told we are lying! We told them what we had ordered and it didn't match what they had down (because they didn't send it) but they continued to tell us we were lying! After a few phone calls back and fourth waiting to speak to the manager he started shouting down the phone and saying he didn't care about our food and being very rude when we had been very patient with them!
