I can understand the frustration of the previous reviews. The only complaint I have with this restaurant was my male server named Adahi. T. He did not greet me, didn't smile, didn't offer me water; like the other tables. I should have waited another 30 minutes for the change of staff/shift. If it wasn't for the male supervisor or manager and female waitress, I would have left before my food arrived. The male server make me happy I am going back to the United States on Monday.

A good place only if you're in a pinch. We had bad weather and popped in because it was close and there were lots of seats. The food is just ok. We had some problems with most of our meals. They were corrected somewhat, but it took considerable time. The potato chips they put on your table are really good. In the end I'd compare it to food court quality. The servers are helpful and get the job done. The restaurant is cute with a steakhouse theme. There are lots of other options a few steps away.

The tartare was good. I believe it had onion, horseradish and a pinch of parsley chopped up in the chopped beef. I wouldn't order the baked potato again. It was a little dry. The mashed potatoes were much tastier. My son enjoyed his fish and chips even though there were only three pieces of fried fish, he still didn't finish his fries. This was not a great Paris dining experience! The service was horrible. I had to go to the bar and ask for someone to wait on us after we sat at our table for a good 15 min. The waitress was lovely also English speaking which was plus! The food was a 2 out of 5. I had the salmon which was tasteless and the portion very small. The béarnise sauce was less to be desired. The string beans came out ice cold!. My husband had the steak and fries. He claimed it was just ok. Nothing to write home about. So it was my first night in Paris and lets just say I will not be returning to this establishment. I was not impressed at all.

I'm kind of surprised to see the polarized comments. Granted we ate here at a time where it wasn't too busy. Our experience was good. After trying to figure out the French menu, our waiter who reminded me of Keegan Michael Key in both appearance and voice suggested an English menu that made things a bit easier on us. While a burger dinner seemed expensive (approx 17 euros $20) it's important to remember that tax is included and there is no tipping. My salmon dinner was 16 or 17 Euros which is about what I pay for a similar dinner in similar US restaurants ... BEFORE taxes and tip. The food was delicious, the decor was nice and modern, and I'd be happy to dine here again.

We had a magnificent time here. Although our sever did not speak English our Parisian host guided us through. The atmosphere is fun and reminiscent of a dive bar. The decor is phenomenal. We sat on the upper loft that looks down onto the stairs. We ordered steak, tartar, calamari and of course indulged in French onion soup. As a word of caution get a thicker piece of steak if you enjoy medium, the thinner cut we ordered medium well but it came out well done. The tartar was enormous and tasted just as delightful. This place has a fun atmosphere and friendly wait staff. We sat downstairs near the kitchen and it made for an entertaining evening. Prices were reasonable. The meal started with a complimentary basket of chips. I had the classic tartar which was twice as big as I expected from the picture on the menu. And it was tasty. I also had a side of mashed potatoes. If I had to guess, I would say they make their mashed taters with a lot of butter and a touch of heaven because they were amazing!!! The ribs and steaks were good too but as a word of caution, if you like your steaks more on the well-done side, just order well done and expect medium...different standards here. Until today, my wife and I used to frequently say that there's no such thing as a bad burger. We were wrong. Today, we both had the worst burger of our lives. We are avid burger fanatics, so I guess it was just a matter of time before it happened. But it happened. First I thought it might have been undercooked, but the color seemed right. Then I thought it might be rotten beef, but again the color seemed fine, and the smell wasn't terrible. I figured maybe mine was an aberration for some reason, but my wife's burger was just as bad. I told the waiter that the burger was bad and asked for the check. I'm not sure if he fully understood because we were speaking in English, but no effort was mad...

We went with the expectation of enjoying a family time and went out with the worst experience of discrimination we have felt. We visited the restaurant last Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at 8:30PM the restaurant did not seem very full. The first interaction was rough and cold located us at the lower part of the restaurant, as soon as we were assigned the table we saw how other diners arrived and were treated quickly despite arriving after us, they brought their drinks and food in less than 10 minutes. Other comensal tourists like us had to talk to the waitress to attend to them and it was a case of omission.
