unfortunately the farm is absolutely not recommended. the personal is completely unorganized. we sat an hour before we were served. the food was served lukewarm. the serenity of me was exhausted after this day.

The Maxau farm is always worth a visit. An idyllic retreat for the whole family, everyone comes at the expense, good kitchen, beautiful service, beautiful ambience and for the children a beautiful water playground! We had a very nice afternoon at Hofgut Maxau right on the Rhine!

We are happy to reach the Hofgut Maxau on foot. We were there several times, also with a celebration and were very satisfied. Win it a second chance. Our first experience a few days after the opening was simply chaotic. 1.5 hours waiting time. People without pay and/or food etc.... Unfortunately, not much has changed. It took more than 1 hour to serve simple dishes such as meatballs, French fries and sparrows. A salad was completely disappeared and the kitchen couldn't get it out before all the others eat. So get better because of the great environment, bring you plenty of time and main eating in front of the hand.
