"Lovely place First time in this restaurant that offers an interpretation of Italian cuisine, accompanied by original Japanese flavors and fusion proposed by the experts of the restaurant Mochi in Vienna. The Hoku Restaurant Lounge Bar is located within the beautiful Falkensteiner Hotel Spa Jesolo. The atmosphere that we have just entered is an exclusive and refined environment, we have accommodated, to have lunch, in the beautiful terrace adjacent to one of the pools. Having visited in early August three clubs of the Mochi group of Vienna Mochi, Mochi Am Markt and O.M.K., we were very curious to try this restaurant. We tasted from the selection Nikkei Sushi Roll: Sake Aburi Roll Asparagus Tempura, salmon, miso, teriyaki room, daikon sprouts, salmon caviar , Crispy Shrimp Roll Shrimp Tempura of shrimp, eel, flying fish eggs, avocado, miso sauce , Beef Crab Roll Manzo fillet, cipolloto, North Sea crab, chimichurri, senashi selection Tuna Stracciatella di Burrata Sashimi di tonno, salsa ponzu, lime, Soufflé Glacé. The cocktails we chose were Limoncello Spritz and Verry Berry. The dishes were discreet but unfortunately we were not fascinated by the proposals tasted because they did not convey the same emotions felt at the Mochi in Vienna both by taste and consistency. Room service no, quick and little present. The prices of the dishes are somewhat unbalanced with the proposal and the quality offered. A little disappointed.
