"Eating in Hotel Otterbach is always a pleasure. Again and again, however, I notice that the atmosphere of the waitress does not always exude joy. If a guest orders a small beer, then you don't have to correct the old gentleman and mean here in the Otterbach it is a glass of beer, not a small beer. I also made a mistake. I booked for four and there were five of us. I also never tried to hide that it was my fault. But hey, there were five of us, which means one more meal for the hotel and there were still a few tables that were empty the whole evening. Was it really necessary to bring me a printout of my order to make it clear that it was my mistake? Folks, you are a really good hotel and your food is always worth recommending. And I am convinced that you can do it better with the service"

We chose the "Otterbach" because we wanted something "special" for us and our children on the wedding day. Together with the two now grown-up children, we were of the opinion that we had seldom eaten as well in a restaurant as this evening. From the amuse gueule to the dessert, simply great! The service was also at its best, in short, we experienced a perfect evening for the occasion

The food was really very good, unfortunately the waitresses were quite unfriendly and reserved, apparently no value was placed on guests who were not "known".
