"the cafe zest house of fraser worcester after shopping in the city, ordered the jacket kartoffel, it came with a minimum of about garnish 3 tiny pieces salat and random a piece gurke with a very dry hard kartoffel, and the thunfish melt and tasted overly fishy, with a few earlylingshots displayed above. I took a mouthful and had to take it back, it didn't look fresh, I felt slightly sick tonight, which let me serve it for a sandwich change and said the thunfish was fresh this day! I think it was out, or it went terrible and I was eating a lot, that sandwich was very bland. this caffe needs some advices, personal was pleasant, but looked fun, especially a high-brand shop, beautiful view of caffe, but it terrace is full of weeds, and the table had a build up of tissue to stop it from wobbly. the cakes looked beautiful, but everything else needs to look in desperate help."

On the top floor of house of Fraser and thankfully Worcester is being saved from closure. Really nice and airy and loads of seating.

Cafe Zest produce a first class lunch menu with their fish and chips freshly cooked leading menu. The setting and attention of the staff are superb in a well laid out restaurant.

Cooked breakfast options 6 items for £4.50. Only allowed 2 meat items shouted the rather grumpy manageress. Bacon ok, sausages terrible, mushrooms very over-cooked, no white toast today, tomato barely warmed. Will not go here again.

today to midday. very quiet. a panini ordered and toaster with thunfish baked. eating came when we found a table. panini was hardly warm and cheese was not melted. I couldn't eat it, it was so dry. potato luke warm, but my friend said. the thunfish was beautiful. what a waste of money.

Being in house of Fraser you expect a nice cafe. When we went it wasn’t busy but so many tables had plates etc not cleared, the whole place just felt grubby and dirty. A lot of food wasn’t available and the lady serving just didn’t...appear to care about any customers. Just not what you think you’ll get here. Poor, not worth a visit.

personal friendly sandwiches terrible. 5 of us met, and 4 of us had so disappointed a roasted Welsh rareness. I really don't know what recipes they used, but 3 of us were in gastronomy and that was certainly nothing we recognized. we complained, but the manager wasn't interested. we will not visit this facility again. pity because it was so good in the past

On my occasional visits to Worcester I always visit this cafe because it is peaceful and I love the views over the rooftops of Worcester towards the Cathedral and the Glover's Needle. In the past I have found the food to be uninspiring, but recently...I was tempted by the cooked food (sausages in cranberry with mash and seasonal vegetables) and found it to be surprisingly good. Maybe the caterer has changed?

we just fucked a baked kartoffel so decided that this was a good place to have one now was the very sad looking kartoffel with very little rubbed cheese was blown up dry and the accompanying salad could not really be called garnel. swept shredder of dry looking salate a gurkenblatt and a quarter of a tomato. just a quarter of a little tomato no dressing. it was cheap enough, but it won't be a place we're going back.

Had lunch here but the restaurant is looking tired. Outside on the terrace weeds growing everywhere and plants dying. Just needs someone to clean it all up . Inside tables needed clearing and they weren't that busy. We both had jacket potatoes, ok but...skins over cooked wondered if they had been reheated from previous day . The salad leaves some were very clearly past its sell by date, brown and withered around the edges.

"BEST VEGAN RESTAURANT IN THE UK I visited based on previous reviews and the basis that they offered a tailored menu for my wife who has a Gluten allergy and an oil intolerance along with being a Vegan yep its a tough one. I called in advance and specified the dietary requirements for my wife and upon arriving at the restaurant were greeted by Amber who gave us a custom made menu from the chef which we didn’t expect. Awesome. My wife ordered the Buddha Bowl and I ordered the Lamb Souvlaki based on the recommendation from James who works at the bakery (we visited for coffee before the meal) and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The food arrived quickly and the serving was more than generous compared to any other Vegan restaurant I’ve been to and the choice of dishes is monster compared to other Vegan restaurants so there really is something for everyone. The only downside was that I couldn’t finish the sticky toffee pudding with custard and had to share with my wife!!! I never normally struggle with deserts! Overall, the staff (Amber and Alice) were super attentive and very knowledgeable about the food on the menu and the restaurant is by far the best for value for money and choice. We travelled over an hour to eat here and will be revisiting again to sample the rest of the menu. I was curious to read the negative reviews left here, but have put that down to stupid customers who probably aren’t Vegan and review fast food establishments like McDonalds shocking! Keep up the great work."
