Friendliness is really high. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the atmosphere. At one point, the chef came to the table, but I didn't understand why or why he came. I didn't expect much from the restaurant, as it didn't seem much typical, but at least I would expect the pasta to be edible. Both me and my partner had gnocchi and ravioli (and the waiter bring the wrong dish at first), had a terrible consistency. I can only save the starter toasties.
