They forgot to remove packaging before preparing and serving food. We were able to peel plastic packaging off shredded potatoes. They did not exclude those dishes from the bill

Elegant place from the refined and delicious menu. Excellent also the proposal of wines. Great sweets, you'd want to try them all. Too bad only for the absence of the vegan proposal: mentioned on the site of the local but not present in the menu.

I visited this restaurant thanks to a dear friend, I can only give it the maximum of votes. They gave white paper to the owner and served us a fantastic raw fish dish, to follow a very special first dish. Good wine. Surely I'll come back and recommend it to friends. View menu

I think the Brigantino is one of the best restaurants I've ever tried in my city (Turin). Level Gourmet fish cuisine that stands out for fantasy and originality. The surprising thing is, we didn't find one dish that was less up to others. We felt pampered in a welcoming environment thanks to the friendly and attentive staff. The price is suitable for the level. We look forward to returning to try other dishes and we will definitely do it.

Local: good taste with essential furniture. Beautiful Murano glass glasses for water. Friendly and attentive staff: the wine outside the reach of customers is served punctually. Clean bathroom with fabric wipes for hands: nice feeling. Menu: try a fish appetizer (sepia) and a second of meat (maialino vd photo). All good with original and successful combinations of taste. From the outside you would never choose it, instead you will come in, discover a clean clean clean place simple and start to change your mind until you start eating and everything is overwhelmed: mostly fish dishes, created and balanced ad hoc with excellent flavors. The chef who comes to talk at the table is humble but spits passion from every pore and makes the studio understand behind every dish. Professional staff, educated that nn made a mistake. Choice of wines associated with the proposed menu. It could become starry if you wanted it but probably humility brings this place even higher. We stayed at dinner last night and, crossed the door, started one of the greatest culinary experiences I've ever had. The restaurant inside is well-kept, elegant and welcoming; the linear and essential mise en place are well-married with the context. The menu is very interesting but we opted for the fancy tasting menu proposed by the chef, with 5 courses and the matching of 5 wines. Restaurant not very large, about 20 covers, located near Bernini square. The room is very minimal, quiet and clean. The staff is of a professionalism and courtesy that rarely lie around. The quality of the products and the refinement of the dishes is equal, if not superior, to many star restaurants. Prior to the main courses, level entry is served.
