wonderful place. ..as every year we return to celebrate our wedding anniversary and as every year we ociamo super satisfied: place beautiful kitchen top and impeccable service...what to say: next year.

we were welcomed with proseco, i ordered the prawn pici spaghetti, pasta was a bit soft but the taste was delicious, sitting in the outside garden is breezy and relaxing, the staff were so tentative to offer moqsuito spray. will definetly visit again!

Tonight we’ve chosen for this restaurant just out of convenience. After a day in the Chianti region we didn’t want to drive anymore so we decidee to try the restaurant neer the hotel. Both, my wife and me, took 2 dishes, so we had 4 different ones. They were all delicious! The wine list was long with different levels so enough for everybody to choose from. Last but not least the service team did a great job, so I see no other option than giving the maximum score.

I will give a full house to this restaurant! We stayed at the adjoining hotel and had dinner twice at this fabulous restaurant. We enjoyed everything to the full, the food, the service and last but not least fantastic wine selection focusing mainly on Chianti wines from the vicinity. The cost of some of the courses may be a little pricy compared to other restaurants nearby but it was definitely worth it. Try the T-bone steak and their home made ravioli or other pasta dishes, You will surely not regret it!

The restaurant is a very fine option for dining when staying at the Villa Olmi and you choose not to go into the city. The ambiance of the restaurant mirrors that of the hotel peaceful. It has an outdoor dining area and a very traditional Tuscan decorated main dining room. The menu, while small, reflects the regional options well, with everything being prepared with care. The staff treats you as if you're the only diners in the room. The restaurant is also where the morning buffet is served. That buffet is very well presented and is available for a fairly long time each day. The food is kept fresh and you are not rushed, regardless of the time you stop in.

We were lucky enough to be staying at the hotel and chose to eat here for 2 of our 3 nights (to be honest I wish we made it 3 nights eating here! Romantic setting outside, olive groves etc Food fantastic, I had the prawns wrapped in pork belly both evenings and am actually salivating thinking about them! We had the Florentine steak one night and then the pork with truffle the next and my wife had the fish (not as good as the meat They also do a great kids menu, very reasonable priced too. I was lucky enough to have a bottle of Ornellaia 04 on the first night and a Sassicaia 01 on the second night, perfect with such amazing food. Would w e go back? In a blink of an eye!

This restaurant has it all: great food, service, and a very old world and romantic ambiance. It is located a short taxi ride outside of Florence in historic Bagno di Ripoli. The homemade pasta was incredible, the wine list good, the desserts spectacular! Plus the (included for hotel guests) breakfast buffet was also very good with lots of variety, hot entree choices including eggs and pancakes, and amazing home made pastries, and the service was impeccable. The Villa Olmi Firenze restaurant is one of the few villa ones near Florence that is open in the off season, and that offers great breakfast, lunch and dinner. We ate there twice during our stay and enjoyed the staff and excellent service(Matteo is wonderful! , and the chef prepares exceptional home made pasta and other meat and fish/seafood dishes. We especially liked the home made Gratellini (penne pasta with meat sauce, and the cheese pasta with the local hand made big spaghetti.
