"Il Tetto is a fun place to have a post-Christmas shopping meal it is located at the top of Selfridges but it has its heart in a festive ski cabin. Unfortunately the food doesn't quite live up to the surroundings I suspect you are paying more for the location than the food itself. On the night of our visit, the pizzas and pastas weren't available which meant that only the most expensive options were available. I'm sure that this was due to no fault of theirs but mentioning this to diners prior to seating them might have been a courtesy (I had to ask our waitress why the majority of the menu wasn't available). Also another bugbear: mixed drinks orders will automatically be served as a double (it'd be nice to be asked before being charged above the going rate for a G&T)."

Risotto had a human hair in it . The stone bass portion was tiny and had no sauce or other accoutrements . The burger was boring

The service at this restaurant was terrible. It was very disorganized, and I had to continuously ask for things only to be ignored. The food was also very bland. I work nearby with customers that I will not be recommending to eat here. It's a shame because I had high hopes for this place.

it was nice to combine a shop in selfridges with a cozy lunch on the dach. we were a bit tangible as the menu at first glance seemed to eat a bit fast, but we really enjoyed our pork bell and so satisfied the truffle chips are back on the menu. the waiters were attentive and nothing was too much annoyed. after a rocky start with a missing reservation that staff really took the service and threw in a round of free cocktails to apologize for the mix. from there they were still super attentive and even found us a hut outside to go after eating. the food was great and the ambiente was perfect for the Christmas season. they would highly recommend!

After a rocky start with a missing reservation, the staff really picked up the service and threw in a round of free cocktails to apologise for the mix-up. From there, they continued to be super attentive and even found us a hut outside to move to after we 'd finished dinner. Food was great and the ambience was perfect for Christmas time. Would highly recommend!

very disappointed. we were at all pops-ups on the dach at selfridges, but this time was very disappointing. my wife had to send her pork belly back from the special list as she was so dry. my hen was okay, but it was missing to season and season. the fondue chips were inedible and were only chips that were saturated in cheese. I had assumed that fondue meant to jump! View menu

I had a wonderful experience combining shopping at Selfridges with a relaxed lunch on the rooftop. Initially, we were hesitant as the menu appeared to be more geared towards fast food, but we ended up loving our pork belly dish and were delighted to see the truffle chips back on the menu. The waitstaff were attentive and accommodating. We will certainly be returning in the future.

I was quite disappointed with the experience at this restaurant. We have visited all of the pop-up restaurants on the rooftop at Selfridges, but the food this time was lacking. My wife had to send back her Pork Belly from the specials list because it was very dry. My chicken was just okay, but it was lacking in seasoning and spice. The fondue chips were inedible, as they were simply chips soaked in cheese. I had assumed fondue meant dipping, but unfortunately that was not the case.
