"The boot is and was the first address when, for example, the mussel season begins. In a small boiler, fresh mussels are served in a sauce of onions and herbs. There are traditional black bread and butter with a delicious beer. If you want to talk to business partners in a somewhat loose way and want to eat, the boot is just the right starting point. The card promises good food and keeps this to detail. Tradition flows here from all corners whether it is the carved columns and the massive treses in the front dining area or the well-kept way, as it is handled with the guests, simply class. The boots were also one of the quarters of Bonn's city soldiers, a Carnevalist tradition group of the Bonners and, in the past, also a meeting place for journalists and politicians. Even though the main seat was the legendary Maternus restaurant at RIA in Bad Godesberg. the boots breathes atmosphere and covers playing past with today. I'm just gonna give the 5 stars, or I'll be in the reviews. Nevertheless, this restaurant, distillery is a fixed factor in Bonn."

Go there regularly. Cheap and tasty lunch table and also very fast. So great for businessmen at lunchtime. The weekly specials are always great. Whether it's the oxen cheeks or the kidneys, it's stroganov.

Service okay! Eating heaven and a disaster. The food was lukewarm, blood and liver sausage very pale with peculiar taste, onions cold! The food came from the microwave to 100, so from order to serving about 6-7 minutes. This food has accompanied me all day in the truest sense of the word. So the warming artist has to learn a lot in the kitchen. !

Is an old restaurant that has a very rustic character. On Thursday there is also Rumpsteaktag, so you can eat steak very cheap there. The taste was ok, although the rag steak of taste and toughness rather remembered a hip steak. The pommes seemed made themselves and were very creatively served in a small frying sieve. Steak with Pommes can be eaten there, I can't say anything to the other dishes.

If we're in Bonn, a visit to the boots is part of it. The kitchen is very good, the menu is very extensive, you really have the quality of choice, the selection of drinks is more than sufficient, the staff is usually very friendly, oh yes and the prices are correct. It is really cozy, has an excellent location, just a few meters from the birthplace of Beethoven, and the next parking is not 5 minutes away. Bus and tram almost in front of the front door. Soon is carnival and an incredible atmosphere in the house.

Bonn is a charming city on the Rhine, known for Beethoven's birthplace. Typical dishes include Sauerbraten, Rhenish mussels, and Himmel un Ääd, a mix of mashed potatoes and apples.
