Indi-go Rasoi - Menu

The Chicken Briyani is not bad here. Nothing extraordinary, but it certainly does not taste bad. We ordered the spicy fries, which I would rate slightly above average. Ignore the soup dumplings in the photo; they were purchased from Dumpling Shack.

I ate the half tandoori chicken. I got a lot of chickenmeat and a lot of rice. I loved it! I'm lucky to have found a place to sit within the market itself, in which this foodplace is situated. The staff was very friendly, kind, helpfull and fast. I definitely recommend this place!

Having spent several years traveling and living in Pakistan, I have always cherished Tandoori dishes as a unique experience. Indi-go Rasoi never disappoints. My paneer roll was absolutely delightful, my husband thoroughly enjoyed his chicken tikka, and the chili fries were a wicked indulgence. We definitely needed the refreshing mango lassi to complement our meal. We always choose Indi-go Rasoi; it's simply fabulous! The menu is consistently impressive.

I enjoyed a delicious Masala Dosa and Mango Lassi during a wonderful group dinner at Indi-go Rasoi in Spitalfields, Shoreditch. The restaurant also demonstrated a strong commitment to sustainability by partnering with Junee, which allows customers to receive their lunch in a reusable bowl. I highly recommend this restaurant for diners of all kinds.

The lamb biryani at Indi-go Rasoi is the best I’ve found, not just in London, but throughout the entire UK. After sampling over 20-30 desi restaurants in search of the perfect biryani, I can confidently say I've finally found it. I also highly recommend trying their other dishes, such as the chicken tikka wrap and butter chicken! However, the lamb biryani is truly in a league of its own, and it’s an exceptional experience. Indi-go Rasoi is my top choice for a lunch spot at the market. The staff are consistently friendly, cheerful, and professional, and the food is always incredibly tasty. My youngest especially enjoys the onion bhaji, which is complemented by a fantastic mint sauce. In my opinion, it's the best bhaji around—always fresh, delightfully crispy, and not overly oily. I could happily eat that mint sauce by the bucket! I also strongly recommend the Tandoori Grill and the other dishes, as they are all equally delicious.

Decent spot for lunch. More on the pricier side out of the spitalfields foods. The chicken and curry was delicious. Very tender and well cooked chicken. Curry sauce was well spiced. Not too salty and not insanely hot. Great for universal taste. I expected more from the pilau rice. I’m no pilau rice expert but have tried enough a few to determine it missed something. Maybe a hint of another spice or a garnish. Service was also friendly and people were very helpful. The menu might have been a bit confusing but might just be me being very unaware of the foods. Worth a try if you love trying all south Asian foods in town.

I visited Indi-go Rasoi yesterday and was pleasantly surprised, especially after reading some older reviews. Everything turned out to be better than I expected. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with my choices. They also had a great display stand, so I could see everything I was ordering. We tried the Masala Dosa, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had—deliciously flavorful and perfectly crisp. The Samosa Chaat was my favorite dish of the day; I loved the blend of saucy sweetness and crunch.
