"The food is overall alright. Definitely not the best Indian Food in town as posted by the other reviewer, but all is a matter of taste. I have eaten here a few times in the past years, and the quality is always the same:...average to ok. Then again, I am quite experienced in Indian Cuisine, and for people who are only eating it once in a while it is an ok choice. Chicken Korma is decent, on the buttery side a bit much. Once ate a vegetable dish late at night and there was a definitely stale taste to the vegetables. My friend got sick the next day. I would hope that is a rarity. The salads that come with the dishes are drenched with dressing; could be improved by asking for less or no dressing. Appearance of the place could be improved and a bit more love put into the facade. Still, the only Indian restaurant in the neighborhood, for other options go to Hermannplatz."

Food is ok but they didn't give me the soup which was supposedly included in the lunch menu. They told me that they wouldn't offer this to-go. However, they only told me this when I received my food and when asked if I could then at least eat the soup in the restaurant, they told me no

Very pathetic customer service, we orered food from India palace restaurant via liferando and as a genuine reviewer I mentioned the food wasn't upto my expectations and tasted bland. In return I got a call from resturant person rather then seeking suggestion to improve the food and services he was talking rubbish. I must say not a good experience and big NO. I would recommend other Indian restaurant over this.
