The Lovat Brasserie in Fort Augustus was a treat. We had excellent food, and the live music on Thursday night was a nice surprise, and the rhubarb cranachan was heavenly! It was a bit pricey, but a lovely place.

I had fresh white trainers on and the guy serving stood on them and got them dirty. Took a drink out the straw they gave me for my drink and it had a hole in it and went down my top. Absolute terrible service tbh, won't be back.

The food was delicious and the service was quick. Every dish was flawless. My only small issue was that the tables were very close together. It would have been better if we could have been seated further apart, especially since the restaurant was not busy. View menu

Restaurant was empty when we arrived at 8pm which was a bit off putting. Quality of the food was good but very over priced (total bill for 3 £110) even with 20% discount, which looked like it was a permanent offer not exclusive to TT. House white (chenin blanc) was awful. Without the TT offer I wouldn't eat here again

I am questioning myself how I've never been here before, the service is very good and welcoming, the food was superb. We were glad that we had booked a table as the restaurant was full when we arrived, we were given a beautiful table by the window. I would definitely recommend that you try this restaurant! This was my first time in but it surely won't be my last.

The food in the Indian Gallery on Sauchiehall Street is superb. Very flavoursome and authentic. The staff are very attentive and will explain the extensive menu to you if asked. We have been to this restaurant on a number of occasions, both for dinner and as a quick pre theatre meal. The Thali menu is great as you get to have three smaller dishes from the menu it's a great way to try new dishes. We have never been disappointed, and will definitely be going back. View menu

We dined at the Indian Gallery whilst on a weekend trip to Glasgow and although Indian cuisine is not usually our first choice, it was very good. The staff were very polite and friendly, the food was very good given the price of 2 courses including a bottle of wine for 2. Perhaps the chance to order some extras at the start might have been nice, the service was a little rushed when we arrived. As it was a Sunday it wasn't very busy and quite small inside compared to the photos on their website.

I finally tried this place after walking past it for years, and I must say the food was pretty good overall. However, I wouldn't say it's the best Indian restaurant in the city considering the price point. It's a small place that should be bustling with pre-theatre crowds due to its location, but it doesn't seem to be for some reason. I would recommend giving it a try, but there are many other restaurants in the area that offer exceptional Indian cuisine. I would only suggest visiting this place if you happen to be nearby and hungry.

We have frequented this restaurant regularly for pre-theatre meals and have always been pleased with the food. The extensive menu always allows us to plan for a leisurely dining experience, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The majority of our party opted for the Thali option, allowing us to sample three different dishes. The food was excellent, with everyone being satisfied with their choices. The portions were generous, and we felt that we received more food with the Thali dishes compared to a regular main course. As a result, I was able to enjoy a delicious lunch the next day thanks to the leftovers in my doggie bag. Yum! View menu
