Irby Mill Pub - Menu

Me and mate venture to Irby Mill when we want a 10/10 pint. Which we of course got on this venter! Lovely pub! Always a wide selection of ales which is always a good sign for me and my mates, staff are great!

Haven’t been here for a while. Wow! Amazing! We were served by Ellie. She made us feel like VIPs. Everyone that served us were friendly and efficient. The pub was very busy. We were still served quickly, and the food was amazing. Thankyou so very much.

We had a fantastic evening at this restaurant. It was cozy and intimate, perfect for a lovely family meal with thirteen of us. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure everything went smoothly. Everyone had a great time! Thank you so much. View menu

The food was nice however the whole place is ran by children. We didn’t receive the starter we ordered and was only told that they didn’t have any left whilst the others were being brought out. The staff are very young and don’t seem to have had much training or experience in service.

We brought our puppy to a pub for the first time and she was greeted warmly. Despite her excitement causing her to have an accident on the floor, the staff were understanding and quickly cleaned it up. The chicken, ham, and leek pie we ordered was delicious, with perfectly cooked chips and lovely greens. We will definitely be returning for another meal soon.

So disappointed. We have been here many times and always received wonderful service and food. Today the service was slow at best (I had to go to search out the staff to ask for drinks) there didn’t actually seem to be a senior member of staff there at all. Just three youngsters with little experience and it showed. The food was average and took a very very long time to arrive. What has happened Irby Mill? Not sure we will be visiting again in a hurry and that is a real shame. View menu

I dined with friends at this restaurant in September 2023, with a party of three. We were warmly greeted by the staff and our waitress was very friendly and helpful with the menu, providing excellent recommendations. The restaurant was clean with ample space between tables, creating a relaxed atmosphere for a pleasant dining experience. The menu offered a variety of options, with each of us finding something to enjoy. I ordered a burger which was delicious, and there was also a good selection of ales available. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to visiting again.

We visited today for a birthday lunch family of 8 as not been for a while. As usual did not disappoint. Service was quick and did not wait long for drinks. Food was ordered quickly and considering there was a few people in we did not have to wait long. Food was hot and portions good sizes and tasty especially the ribs. Tables cleared and desserts ordered again not waiting a time for them. Abbie our server was lovely and polite and made sure we had everything and there was no problems. Already booked to go again. Very disappointed. We were served by young people who didn’t seem to have any idea about customer service. We had one starter missing food was in the main far too salty or just lacklustre. We waited about 30 minutes for the card machine to arrive so we could pay. The young man said he was “busy with other customers”! Then made some comments about how much wine we had drunk! All very odd and not really what a group of OAP’s expect on their night out. Sadly we won’t be going again which is a shame as pre COVID we went there regularly To add to our woes my new white jeans are stained with the dye from the chair I was sitting on! View menu
