I had a wonderful dining experience with excellent food and a delightful atmosphere enhanced by live music. For dinner, I spent around £50–60 per person. The food was exceptional, earning a top rating of 5, and the service was equally impressive, also receiving a score of 5. The overall atmosphere was fantastic, rating a perfect 5 as well.

We went to Istanbul grill past Saturday evening, just in time for a welcomed warm party atmosphere created by the turkish lady which was dancing like a siren. I don't know her name but she is beautiful, as well her outfit and dancing. The food was excellent, as well the service provided by Albert. Thank you, we will be back. Food was lovely. Babganoush and stuffed vine leaves were gorgeous. Lamb shank fab. Service from Adem and female server was friendly and attentive without being invasive. Adem asked with 10 min warning if ok to start our mains. Very happy to package any food we couldn’t eat. Nice background music and pretty decor. Lovely Pinot Grigio and Efes bottled beer. Went for a dinner with my wife and 2 kids. As we are not from the local area, the restaurant was new to us. So, My wife ordered a dish for around £24 to start with. The waiter told us we cannot be served as there is a minimum spending requirement for each adult which is £25. It was really shocking as I never came across similar experience in any kind of restaurant in UK. We wanted to add a kids meal which would cost another £10-12 but waiter was not supportive. We decided to leave without eating and had to lie to kids why we are leaving. It was a Saturday evening. Shame. Sad. Shocking.

The waiter who took our order for three people didn't write anything down, trying to demonstrate his professionalism by relying on memory. Unfortunately, this led to a lot of confusion, as our order was incorrect and he had to return four times to clarify what we wanted. We ended up waiting an excessive 45 minutes for our food, despite the restaurant being nearly empty, with just us and one other table occupied by an elderly couple. Additionally, the prices were quite high for such small portions. Just next door is a Turkish restaurant where the service is outstanding! We won't be returning to this place and wouldn't recommend it to others. View menu
