This restaurant is perfect for a quick lunch stop, as the service is very fast and all the options are ready to go. I tried the vegetable gyoza and edamame appetizers, both of which were delicious.

There are multiple vegan choices available. I decided to try the "No Meat on Mondays" dish, which consisted of a salad with avocado, rice, and peanut sauce. It was incredibly tasty and left me feeling satisfied.

227 calorie, super fresh and generous portions. itsu sushi tastes so fresh, and they give edamame, wakame, and really beautifully picked ingwer. it is a beautiful meal and it is very well balanced. price was around £5.50 for very healthy food.

incredible service yesterday I had a really busy, stressful day and forget my handbag. the man who served me was so sweet and friendly he went beyond and beyond. I can't thank him or his team enough. the service was excellent. I'll come back when I get back.

I love it! I love every item from the hot menu and sushi as well. they began to serve in a beautiful dish (no more plastic) eating after 3 o'clock. coffee is also great here and do not forget to ask for a reward card, so you can try one day for free eating. delicious! View menu

Yummy yummy yummy..... This ITSU branch in Holborn is fantastic. In the past 10 days I have eaten here 3 times. The food is sooo good and fresh. All the staff is super friendly and ready to help you. The food is simply fantastic. Really fresh and really tasty. I wish that itsu opens a branch in Malta :p

I believe that Itsu falls short of meeting the standards of a traditional soup noodle stand, where food is prepared quickly and with care in front of the customers. The price of the food at Itsu does not justify the lack of quality and authenticity compared to other similar restaurants. I long for the experience of dining at a small, authentic Japanese noodle stand where the food is made with fresh ingredients and served quickly, leaving me satisfied and content. Itsu, unfortunately, does not meet these expectations.

Itsu is a large restaurant that offers a variety of standard 'Japanese' dishes such as soup noodles, fried noodles, sushi sets, and bento sets. Despite its popularity and fast turnover, the food is fresh but lacks attention to detail. The soup noodles I tried were overcooked and lacked individual flavors. For a truly good meal, soup noodles should be made fresh with crispy vegetables and distinct flavors. While I understand that Itsu is a fast-food chain, I believe they could do better. The price does not reflect the quality of the food, especially when I can get better noodles at another restaurant for the same price.
