"We enjoyed afternoon tea yesterday, and it was absolutely delightful! For just £20, we received a generous spread that included two sandwiches, two sausage rolls, two scotch eggs, crisps, a salad, fresh strawberries, two pieces of chocolate fudge cake, and two enormous slices of Victoria sponge cake. Additionally, we had two fruit scones, along with two little pots of jam, two small containers of thin cream, and two pots of clotted cream, all beautifully arranged in a cardboard hamper. I believe the cakes will last us throughout the Easter weekend. Thank you so much, Paul – it was truly amazing! Well done! We will definitely order again. x"

Nice place, quality of food and how it's cooked was very good. Sirloin steak cooked to perfection and thick steak. Fish was lovely and chunky. The triple cooked chips were the best we,very had. Highly recommed this place.service and staff was lovely, nothing too much trouble. And the homemade bread and butter pudding was very tasty. We dined at this restaurant this week for a local meal and some beer, and we were really impressed. The portion sizes were generous. I ordered the steak, which was perfectly sliced and completely lean, allowing me to savor every bite. The only issue was that I had asked for it to be medium rare, but it came out medium well. I didn’t want to mention it since I didn’t want them to have to cook another steak. I would just recommend being a bit more attentive to cooking temperatures. Other than that, everything was fantastic. We will definitely return!
