The restaurant frequently forgets items from orders and lacks concern when items are missing. They should remove unavailable items from their app to avoid further issues.

Paid £18 for jerk mixed grill not worth the money and missing a wing ! Jollof isn’t as good as it used to be either and items online that aren't available haven’t been taken off

Ordered take out for the first time from Jerk Jollof the other day and it was outstanding. The peppered steak was perfect, as was the Jollof. The jerk chicken and rice and peas were excellent too. View menu

Ordered from here on Uber Eats. Portion sizes were ridiculously tiny. I don't think I've ever ordered from somewhere before where the amount of food given is so small. Considering I paid £22 overall, this is disappointing.

Cancelled our order on Deliveroo after waiting an hour for it to be prepared. Then when I went there they said it was handed out to a driver. But upon further investigation that turned out to be a lie. A shame as we would have been regulars.

Visited once good music in the restaurant and friendly staff. Amazing food everything cooked perfectly. Jerk chicken, chips, curry goat, mac cheese and oxtail all of it was mind blowing. Ordered the food for the 4th time last night and can't get enough of it View menu

I used to enjoy this restaurant, but the quality of their orders has been declining. I recently received my meal missing an item that was supposed to come with plantains. Additionally, a drink I ordered was also missing. I am disappointed and felt the need to share this feedback.

I went to this restaurant today to buy food and it was cold and not good at all. The jerk chicken and rice seemed like they were leftovers from the night before. It took 10 minutes for them to bring me my food. I would recommend avoiding this place if you can, as the quality is poor.

I usually get food delivered from Jerk and Jellof but decided to visit in person, as I was in the area. It was lovely to walk in, grab my food and leave but if I decided to sit in and enjoy meal, it would have been a good experience. The atmosphere was relaxing and you get that feeling of being in a nice Carribbean restaurant which got me considering visiting in the summer months. I met only one staff member who was very efficient; No time wasting, no trying to chat up a storm, and had a smile for the customer which is always appreciated. View menu
