"Perhaps the best restaurant in Orihuela, Bar Joaquin is worth a visit, whether it be for a menú del día for lunch or a couple of tapas for dinner. I 've been here for both on multiple occasions, and everything has always been delicious. One of my menú favorites are the boquerones, which I highly recommend if you like small fish. Not to be confused with what Americans think of when we think of an anchovy, they are the European version of such, and quite different. Most recently, I ordered them with a bowl of gazpacho to start, which was freshly made in-house! That 's hard to beat. One of my favorite tapas is the shrimp ensaladilla, or a shrimp and mayo salad-like dish eaten with rosquilletas, which are essentially bread sticks (though looped). There are plenty of other good options, too. Their house wines are decent, and their cañas, or draught beers, are cold. So depending on your tastes, either may pair well with your meal. Oh, and the menú includes dessert AND coffee!!!"

Me sentí en casa. para comodidad y para comida casera: arroz con conejo, cocinado con relleno. amplia variedad de tapas. saladilla con keels, chipirones, calamares al romano. Y las chuletas. los postres buenos y caseros. Me encanta.

el mejor restaurante Orihuela, con diferencia. comida típica de la vega baja. No dejes de probar el arroz, la corteza y el pescado. Las cañas son las más frescas del pueblo. los camareros un encanto. El cocinero tiene una gran experiencia. en general toda la familia estaba dedicada a la hospitalidad y servicio al cliente ya que tienen dientes. Si se ha ido, nos está llevando.

una experiencia muy agradable: atención rápida y cálida, una gran variedad de vinos, tanto carne como exquisito pescado, cromo y bola en caldo, muy recomendable, y no hay donde fallar con el menú de postres. Tenemos mucho para cambiar nuestras copas cada vez que cambió el vino, las recomendaciones fueron muy exitosas, y el ambiente totalmente recomendado para familias, parejas, amigos o situaciones especiales. Esperamos volver pronto, ni siquiera pude fotografiar los platos con lo apetecible que eran.
