"Service is very good and the food is beautifully presented and tastes divine! The cod tempura is served with sweet potato fries, ginger mayonnaise and an edamame bean salad and the taste of ginger is subtle throughout the dish, but it was wonderful. The sticky rice dessert was also very good and the concept of fusion cooking can certainly be found here. It's just that little bit out there and different enough to make you feel that you have had something fairer to from the norm. My only criticism is that the tables are very close together and the chairs / tables are difficult to manoeuvre, but if you can overlook that, then the cocktails and food more than makes up for it!"

Salle très lumineuse, c'est vraiment agréable lorsqu'il fait beau. Une carte variées avec des plats asiatiques francisés. C'est plutôt bon mais pas extraordinaire. Le service est bien.

Heureusement que le soir je n'ai pas un gros appétit, j'aurais tout pris!Un bobun d'une fraicheur! Dessert des perles du japon. Le cadre est également sympathique, la verrière agréable. Franchement une très bonne soirée.

This Asian-fusion place it's a really good idea gone wrong. The deco is nice and the furniture comfortable. The service is really good. Nevertheless, the food is not as good as it sounds on the menu. Most of the plates just have no taste.

Loved the 'fusion' food and the service was friendly and attentive. Had some really nice wine and all at reasonable prices. If I wanted to be picky, I'd say that it was a little 'cosy' with not a lot of legroom but that wouldn't stop my wife and I from going back. Highly recommended for the neighbourhood.

Dîner en solo ce samedi soir.Ce n'est pas ma première visite, mais j'ai trouvé le service particulièrement efficace.J'ai dîné vite et ai été bien servi.Côté carte, peu de variations. Tant mieux car les plats sont originaux et on trouve le bonheur selon ses goûts.La cuisine s'apparente à du Fusion Asiatique. Laissez vous tenter. Vous serez sans doute surpris mais vraisemblablement en bien.La table a côté de moi était occupée de femmes espagnoles qui ont fait une sélection façon tapas. Ça marche aussi selon toute évidence car elles avaient l'air ravies.A refaire, de temps en temps.

Il vaut mieux réserver lorsque l'on veut dîner au John Weng car la salle n'est pas très grande et la cuisine est tellement bonne que le restaurant est souvent complet.La décoration de l'établissement est assez simple mais on sent que le ou les propriétaires connaissent assez bien le japon. Côté culinaire, on passe du Tataki de Thon à du magret du canard revisité accompagné par des Tempuras de légumes craquants à se damner, tout en buvant un saké chaud de bonne qualité.Pour finir, les desserts sont assez bien retravaillés offrant des saveurs typiquement japonaises ou occidentales qui peuvent être accompagnées de deux ou trois Whisky japonais selon les moments.
