"beautiful caffe with a lively staff. Unfortunately, I could not try a cake yet, but I am happy to visit brighton to taste the pistachios eclair and something else. Since then, I have tried two croissants and a bake with pistachio cream. the baked was amazing, but you could taste a little artificial aroma in pistachios only due to the intense taste that would not happen if you used real pistachio paste. second option is that it is used to taste the cream, how to taste a mandel taste. when it comes to croissants, I was a little disappointed, as they were not as fluffy as I expected and a little dry inside. they were more on a soft side than flaky. the berry croissant was beautiful, but could have a little more filling. the salted karamell haseluss was amazing, the praline inside was very tasty, sweet and crispy! yum! I hope we can reach the next time pistaziio eclair:"

Amazing macaroons. I had this vanilla tart/cream slice. Delicious. You can see the staff take pride in their work. Seating area is small.

I visited this restaurant for a coffee and dessert. The macarons were delicious and the chocolate fondant pudding was fantastic. The atmosphere was lovely as well.

I'm so glad I came in! the workers there were beyond nice and our interactions made my day. the Custard-Terte I got was the best I ever had; perfect textures and the vanilla flavor was so strong but not overwhelming! if you ever are in brighton, this bakery is one!

Went to Brighton for a day out and found this by chance but glad we did! Cute shop with friendly staff and great food. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area. We tried the Briochette(simple but tasty), La Pomponette(raspberries were so fresh) and Poulain hot chocolate(average but not bad). View menu

This is my go-to spot for a Friday post-work indulgence. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and I appreciate when they inquire about how I'm doing and how my day has been. Their pastries and macarons are absolutely delicious, with my favorite being the one in the photo: the coffee and tonka bean flavors are exquisite. I highly recommend trying them out!

there at the weekend the staff were super friendly and they offered my daughter a vanilla macaron she loved. we had cakes and macaroons for takeaway pistachio eclair, flan and royal crispy chocolate and all were really light and tasty. we also had some macaroons and all the aromes we tried were good. her croissant was really light and tasted good. prices are on the high side, but the quality of food is good. destined to visit while in brighton.

I came across this restaurant near the train station in Brighton and felt compelled to go inside. I remembered Julien Plumart from Bake Off: The Professionals. I tried a hazelnut croissant and a pistachio eclair, and they were absolutely incredible! The croissant was the best I've ever had, I can't even put into words how delicious it was. As a baker myself, I've never tasted anything so amazing. You must try it if you visit this restaurant. The pistachio eclair was also very good, with excellent textures and aroma. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the prices matched the exceptional quality of the food and service. Highly recommend stopping by here. View menu
