"After finding out that all the free dome tours were sold out, I decided to make a reservation here so I would still be able to experience the views and possibly tour the dome. I was expecting the breakfast to be overpriced, but I by...the end I was so full I couldn’t take another bite (and I hadn’t finished everything)! The food tastes great and seems fresh too. This was a nice splurge for a meal on my trip and would recommend it to anyone (especially if you want to tour the dome and all the tour reservations are booked)."

The Kafer Dachgarten is one of the coolest places to eat in Berlin. Good food, fabulous staff, surrounded by history. MAKE YOUR RESERVATION IN ADVANCE!

Excelent experience at the heart of Berlin, all the process from booking was done in a very professional way. We had breakfast and the six of us were delighted, I do recommend to visit the Käfer and enjoy the site.

First and second courses were delicious, however; the main course, veal, was over cooked and very tough. We decided not to have the and courses due to the course being very disappointing. On another note, the service was excellent!

We have spent an perfect time at the Dachgarten Restaurant. Of course the venue is impressive and it is exceptional to be able to eat at such an historic place, and enjoy the view. The food was no rest, excellent...with perfect and friendly service. We...enjoyed a lot! View menu

Such a nice location for a very exclusive family dinner. Obviously a bit expensive, but will create some unique memories of visiting the place! We really appreciated the service and very friendly staff, the room we had, and enjoyed this christmas dinner with family! Also...all COVID precautions were taken and fully respected by the team!

Of course we understand that we paid not only for the food but also for the friendly, alert service and for the outstanding location. Concerning the Stullen: We didn't know what “Pastrami” means. So I had to take all Gemüse-Stullen and my wife all Pastrami-Stullen....Our guests loved the Zimtschnecken. Maybe the coffee machine needs better rinsing flushing after being cleaned. Over all, our guests appreciated the great view and were very content with our choice to invite them to this wonderful place.
