Expensive but delicious! We went for a mid-morning, mid-week brunch. Reservations are needed (not only because it is a popular eatery but because you need clearance since it is on the roof of Parliament). The most popular brunch entree is 26e and gets you tons of food and coffee, along with a glass of prosecco. The views of eastern Berlin are great from their terrace. You can enjoy 360 views once you leave the cafe and walk around the rest of the rooftop area over Parliament.
