This restaurant provides very poor food and customer service. The staff also speak in their own language in front of customers, which is unprofessional. It seems they have not learned how to behave in Great Britain.

Ordered 2 separate momo starters, yet flavours were exactly the same, one was more expensive than the other. Mains were saturated with salt. Despite complaining, new dishes were still very salty!. Waitress service non engaging! Safe to say we will not return. View menu

You can't visit a Nepalese restaurant and not try the momos (dumplings) and these chicken fried momos were utterly divine! We also had a chicken biryani, butter chicken and KTM Zone chicken curry, all of which were tasty. The delicious Kathmandu beer also deserves a mention. It's a lovely, laid back family friendly restaurant with attentive service. Highly recommended!

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary party at this restaurant and it was absolutely fantastic. The food received rave reviews from all our guests as it was incredibly delicious. The service was outstanding and the hall decorations were truly divine. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to host a party. They offer great vegetarian options as well, making it a perfect choice for vegetarians.

When me and my family went to this restaurant, we were astounded by how good the food is! My personal favourites were the soft chicken lollipops and the pani puri that was pretty different to how i usually make it. There were also a variety of desserts which my daughter tried an oreo milkshake and said it was the best she had ever tried. The atmosphere was so friendly and the crew was so nice, it kind of felt like a whole big family, I greatly recommend visiting this restaurant! View menu

“Terrible experience at Hounslow Kathmandu Zone (64 Staines Rd, Hounslow TW3 3LF). Ordered food via Uber Eats at 9:30 for guests, but the order was delayed by over an hour. When I called, the manager was incredibly rude, even swearing and shouting in a threatening manner. No apology for their mistake. Avoid this place! I’m looking into reporting this to the local authorities. Has anyone else had a similar experience or any advice on how to proceed?” You can imagine how embarrassment it could be, especially when the manager swearing on the phone front of your guests

We visited this place after reading about it on Tripadvisor. Food was reasly tasty. I like spicy food, but the two starters we chose were too hot for my friend. Not for me , no. We had vegetarisn samosas and panipuri for starters. All was very good, but too spicy for her. For me it was perfect. Samosas were crispy and with a balanced filling. Chutney was very spicy but fine by me. And I love tamarind water. Really delicious. Panipuri is such a fulfilling dish and these were perfect. For mains we had chicken korma and butter paneer. Very good food. We might find an opportunity to be back soon.

My family, consisting of two children aged 12 and 14, visited this restaurant and had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, with the kids enjoying lovely noodles and dumplings while I indulged in superb chicken jalfrezi and pilau rice. It was possibly the best curry I've ever had. The children devoured their dishes and also thought it was great. The noodles and dumplings were not too spicy, but they came with sauces to adjust the heat level if desired. The service was excellent, with cheerful staff and a pleasant atmosphere. We enjoyed it so much that we returned the following evening. I highly recommend this restaurant! View menu
