"We were regular customers at KFC in Saint Augustin. For about a year, “the staff is tired” to deliver bad performance. You can hardly control the packaged goods when entering. Several times in the so-called "3 box" you cheat and grab small parts. Pommes are often lukewarm. Goods in the state (a report on KFC) should land in the garbage. KFC Sankt Augustin slowly feeds a “healthy food level”."

"we have been here and really always very satisfied; the restaurant is more located in the upscale price segment and also sees qualitatiw there. the good front way, the service is really friendly- just a little service staff and therefore long waiting times and partly forgotten or incorrect orders.
