Lovely friendly people, clean, and hot. Well impressed. Usually you sort of expect sub par and surly staff...far from it.....highly recommend

Popped in with a friend last wednesday , We were so disappointed to find the floors were so dirty. Staff didnot bother to clean and brush the floors. A female staff even walked past the tables. Chips and empty glass and sauces were lying on the floor. Avoid

Very rude staff. I forgot my reading glasses at home so I went to the counter to order my meal however the staff member wouldn't serve me Was told to use the electronic booking system without my reading glasses couldn't place a order I walked out not any staff was borthed. STAY AWAY

Absolutely shocking. Not only did they forget my drink but the food was stone cold. Not just a little cold, stone cold. I called the delivery man straight away but he cut me off. Furthermore he delivered to another 3 addresses before he came to me, hit the wrong house also, so by the time I hit my food it was awful. Ended up making sandwich. View menu

Asked for a meal without chips. Had to get into an argument with the staff because they said they cant do that. They are so terrified of deviating from the menu that asking for something left out was a chore The toilets had human waste on the floor The seats were covered in greasy finger prints and food waste all over the floor with around 8 tables occupied and no queue. The food was how you expect.

I can't believe the service I got from this store.i went in to buy food straight after school for my kids as they where going tutor's not long after.i get home and 3 orders had something missing either chips or wings or popcorn chicken for them.i rang to let them know,they lady straight told me no such order was made and when I asked for her to check the system and cctv she hung up and when I rang back she kept hanging up.I rang head office no help aswell.How much greed does one has to have to steal food from kids that has been paid for.

I don’t know how it could happen, I didn’t think it ever could happen.. but thanks to KFC’s in Slough I have lost the will to live (drama queen I know, but it’s true). My family once used to so look forward to napping a Takeaway from KFC, but of late it’s just always so disappointing. No matter which one we go to, the food is horrible. Today we just had to throw it all in the bin! Over £40.00 spent and the family had toast for dinner!! The last push came from Farnham Road Drive Thru.
