"although I said I would recommend the killermont polo club, I was very disappointed with the booking system. for the 23rd february at 18:00 clock for 3 persons booked. I ran late and called to inform her and was told that it was not booked. when they checked, they had booked me for the 22nd. I was then told that they were fully booked and when they were on the 22nd. if she received the booking, they would call me to cancel it. I said I wasn't happy about it and they said they could bring us up into a room, but as they were just little personal they couldn't guarantee the service. had to come as a family and it was too late to change it and find another restaurant in my opposite. When we arrived, we got a table in the main restaurant that had empty tables, and it was also pointed out to me that they had canceled the booking. what I thought was a little bit off and pretty embarrassing, as I had family with me and didn't have to be remembered. very disappointed as I regularly either take with or am in the restaurant, since eating is always very good and good."

This was a belated birthday lunch celebration. From the minute we arrived the staff were very attentive and friendly. We were seated and drinks were in our hands in minutes. The food was delivered quickly as well, a bonus, I'm sure, if a business lunch. The food, when it arrived, was hot and absolutely delicious as was the flat white coffees we finished with. Haven't been to the Polo Club in quite some time but will be back soon!
